Our first project is getting funding from our State Legislature for Utah’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).

Letter to the Editor

We need People With AIDS (PWA’s) who are willing to write Letters to the Editor and send them to PWACU so that we may release them to our media contacts every 3 weeks between now and the legislative session.  Letters to the Editor are generally limited to 200 words.  However, our hope is that these letters will lead to news stories.  We will have talking points available shortly.

Phone Tree

We need to create a phone tree.  Basically, this is a list of people who are willing to email and telephone their representatives when the time for action comes.  We need people in every district in the State of Utah.  Like many of you, I was born in Utah, but not in Salt Lake County.  Therefore, I have family in more rural areas.  We need their help with this.  If you have family and friends who are willing to be a part of this, please get us their contact information.
